I had to call again my internet service provider and the TECH who took care of me told me either change the wireless card inside the laptop (which I don't KNOW how to do) or to buy a wireless USB router (which is what I am going to do). THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP! I thought it could be solved with software, but can't be. Take care, wish you well!That's what I was thinking could be the trouble.
