Answer» Hi I have scanned a document into a PDF, to send it by email. For some reason it just sits in our email outbox. Its size is 512 kb. Is it too big? If so, how do i make it smaller? To be honest i don´t understand what i am doing, just how to do it. It´s a document for my boss! Thanks to ANYONE that helps... Are you sending it as an attachment ? ? Create a small email to the recipient... Then clik on the attachment symbol ...usually a paper clip...SELECT the FILE from the drop down list ...highlight it and clik Open. It is now attached to the email and can be SENT.
