Once we start, you won't have access to this post anymore, so I recommend that you print out this post or save it to a Notepad file. Open HijackThis and scan again. Check the following entries, but don't do anything to them yet... Note: Don't click on the window while it's running; this may cause stalls.LOL, CBMAtt, you did mention it before. all done. ok, since the pop up windows didn;t pop again, and scan with symantec antivirus, no virus is found, so i assume my pc is clean now. ComboFix would help determine if there is anything else that should be removed. HOWEVER, if you feel that what has been done so FAR is enough, then that's fine.
