Answer» Hi I bought a cheap RCA appolo 2 in 1 to use for small time things, t caught a nasty virus and won't work anymore. So I let it sit, until my vaio got broken last NIGHT. Now I need some help with RCA tablet/laptop. I don't remember what virus it had but this is where I'm at, all the help I got online FAILED and it got to the point I turned it off once and when I booted it back up it gives me a blank black screen after the logo. Now if I touch the screen or move the mouse you can see the clicker with an HOURGLASS next to it so stuff is happening there for sure. But nothing else. So I tried to reset it, and then to totally reset it. It works to almost the end and then gives me and error saying it can't be reset. I had never made a save point on it either so I can't load it back to a previous point. Can anyone help me with this?? Please. Can you boot in Safe Mode?I deleted my post.
