Answer» can some one help. i have a VIRUS - trojan and win32 i ran a scan with norton antisvirus 2008, but the virus is still there. how can i remove it? I went to Symantec and followed theses steps. Then I went to control panel and internet option and deleted all cookies and files and on the internet property blocked all PARTY that does not have a compact privacy policy from there went to pop up setting and make sure that I deleted all cookies.
