plz help my computer is is giving off wierd  SOUND bytes heres three that ive heard so far a wierd beep sound, computer will yell CONFUSED, and now my computer starts making this LOW pitched laughing sound plz helpAwhile ago I know of some people who had a similar problem.  The newest version of AIM allows users to play sounds when they sign on and off. If you are using AIM, this can be fixed by going under My AIM > edit options > edit preferences > AIM Expressions, then clicking buddy list sounds. It is probably set to allow OTHERS sounds, you can change it to no sounds, or only the opening and closing door.

If that is not the problem, you should run a virus scan with your anti-virus program. If you don't have an AV program, you can get Avast Anti-Virus free here:

Another good program to have and run regularly is AdAware (from Lavasoft). I run it nearly every time I go offline to get rid of spyware/adware/malware....really helps to keep the system clean. You can get it here (free):

If you do decide to download AdAware, the first thing to do is let it "Check For Updates," to make SURE all is current. Then, if you need some help configuring it, post back, and I'll let you know how to do that.
