Now imagine 2000 of these all duplicated on four different OO.o documents.
Two things I want to do:
1. Find a way of deleting all the preceding names and just leaving the email addies for easier storage.

2. I want to find a way of deleting all emails that aren't HOTMAIL addresses on one page, then on another copy of the page doing the same for all non Gmail addresses, then doing the same for all non Yahoo addresses, then doing the same for all non Aol addresses and so on.
