Answer» I have a company laptop reportedly wiped and rebuilt in Oct. 2007. The laptop continues to be sluggish and when searching I find a jpeg dated 2004, as well as, other files PRIOR to the date of the rebuild. I need to be certain I KNOW what I am saying if I make this claim.Click Start, Run and type: CMD /K WMIC OS GET InstallDate It tells you when the current OS was installed. Why not just collect all the drivers you need for that machine ahead of TIME and wipe it yourself and do a CLEAN INSTALL ? ?
