Solve : How i can finalize mini dvd??

Hi there,

My HITACHI DZ-MV550 camcorder is broken. I have 6 dvds that cannot be recognized at my laptop (Windows 10). I GUESS these DISCS require a FINALIZATION. Can any tool help me to finalize them or extract videos to PLAY?
