I've been pondering and scouring the web for this solution, but my quest seems to have no end! Does anyone know how to DELETE or stop making the Hewlett Packard Logo from appearing when I boot my computer? I can't seem to find a solution. Some say it's impossible and others say (on different message boards) that there was a solution (some kind of program) but is now lost in the void. WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY INPUT!!!

Thanks!I heard about this solution once its a long shot... replace the Motherboard to ONE that isnt HP.  

Sorry about the sarcasm, but is it really worth the trouble?either HACK the reg or search your pc for hp logo and delete it....and  a snippet of what else you can do >RIGHT click My Computer, select Properties. Go to Advanced, Startup and Recovery, Settings and click the EDIT button.  Locate the line that loads XP and add /SOS to the end of it.  The resulting line should look something like this:
