What was the solution anyways?he had me go to msconfig disable start programs then it worked he then TOLD me to enable them one by one to find the program that was the problem Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo was it it came with the computer i never use it so i deleted it problem solvedAll RIGHT. Cool.
