Solve : IE & Netscape--Can't get into web site?

I have been trying to get into photobucket.com and can't.
All it does is time out.  I have re-booted, EMPTIED my CACHE and TRIED Netscape also.  I know the site is working cause other people are getting into it with no PROBLEM.  I use the site all the time and don't know why this would happen now.
