Answer» I have a toshiba laptop windows 7 ultimate. I did a system restore and it locked me out. I dont have a disk or another computer. The administrator user isnt ACTIVE either. When i go into boot menu there isnt an option torestore or for administrator. The user name on here is BAREFOOT and the PASSWORD hint is STRUGGLE. He bought it about 5 years ago at a pawn shop so i assume its whoever had it before my husband and i have no idea how to get into it. Can anyone help me please.
