Answer» I have a windows 7 computer. Recently I downloaded a PROGRAM, shut down my computer, turned it on, and after the loading screen, a blank black screen. I couldn't even get into safe mode by pressing F8. What can I do? I'll appreciate it. Thank you. This is meaning that I have no access to my desktop, cmd prompt, or safe mode. The program that I downloaded was a PRINTER driver update from the HP website. I always make SURE the SITE is trusted before downloading anything.We are sorry for being so late in getting to your thread. Everyone is so busy. Do you still NEED help?
