Solve : installing canon printer? |

Answer» Hi, I am hoping SOMEONE can give me some advice. I had to reinstall windows millenium on my computer. I tried to reinstall my printer and it won't work. It installs, but under printer status, says,,,,print head unknown. The printer itself comes on, but seems like it's not getting the info from the computer. I called gateway adn they said my puter is fine. I called canon and they wanted 10.00 just to TALK to a customer service rep.
