Solve : Internet Explorer keeps closing? |

Answer» When I am using the internet explorer and go into a site that has a seperate WINDOW that pops up for me to get INFORMATION from, when I go to close that window I get an error message that says " Internet Explorer has a problem and needs to close" at that point it tells me to either SEND the message on to microsoft or cancel. No matter which one I choose it automatically kicks me completely out of the internet. It is very frustrating!!!! Can anyone help me? I am using Windows XP and I think I have Internet explorer 6.0...not sure, but when I go to download internet explorer 7.0 it always comes up with a problem and won't INSTALL either.See, if Firefox works OK. |
