Answer» My ipad mini has two e-mail addresses:gmail.com and Charter.net. The gmail.com works okay. The Charter.net, HOWEVER, can RECEIVE e-mails but would not hold them. Once I click on a e-mail to read it, the e-mail would disappear after a few moments. The emails I moved to the sub FOLDERS after reading would disappear also. Because of this, my charter mail boxes show all empty when I open my Charter mails the nest time. I brought this problem to a Apple store and was told that Charter e-mail services are known to be not friendly to Apple devices sometimes. I ended up having to remove my charter account from ipad 2 and only use g-mail. Can anybody help on this?
