1.	Solve : iPod Shuffle 2nd gen will not sync in iTunes 12?
Answer» I just got an iPod Shuffle 2nd gen and I cannot get it to be recognized in iTunes 12. My computer does see it. I also have an iPod NANO 5G and iPod Touch in iTunes as WELL. My computer is running Windows 7 Service Pack 1.Edit: after speaking with an Apple Store employee, I was told the iPod Shuffle was a KNOCKOFF product and iTunes does not work with an non-Apple device, but I was able to get music from other sources on the device. This PROBLEM is solved.
