Solve : iPod sync problem? |
Answer» I have an iPod Nano (5th gen). Every time I plug it into any computer, I receive a TOOL tray pop-up that Windows cannot recognize the USB device. I've tried the troubleshooters on Apple.com and Windows, but nothing seems to work. All my drivers are updated and my iPod software is up to date. I don't know what else to try at this point.
