Answer» I have an adress from a folder that says something like this (I've cahnged the names. "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner.YOUR-793AFC5680\Desktop\my stuff\Gray" And the files not there anymore. I know I moved it to the memory key which is now destroyed... But can I get the file CONTENCE back from the file "gray?" Even though it's not in "My stuff" anymore? isn't there some remince of the files left over if it has a file on the DRIVE stil? (That's the best I can explain it right now... I'm getting alittle nervous. Ahhhh I'm guessing this was the wrong spot to put it after all... A well known alternative name for a pen drive or flash drive or memory stick.

Try opening up your 'Search' facility. Type in part or some of the old lost file's name and you may get it back.
