Solve : Issues updating the Trend Micro Scan?

I receive an error message when trying to Update the Anti VIRUS "Unable to connect to server. There may be a problem with the server or Network."

Im using the Trend Micro OFFICE Scan V 7.3
Engine version 8.500.1002
Windows XP SP2

What COULD this be?
