OTHERS dreading this would like to know why ITSM20F is relevant to anything. IMHO it is just a way to take your money. You can get A++ exam information mad preparation material for free and the A++ certificate is widely recognized as relevant. Going beyond that who be only for individuals who have specific goals. Sp, please tell why you want to pay money for more for yet another certification. Why? I have got the TMap certification,i am preparing for ITSM certification,my MANAGER needs me to get the certifications.and now I get the study materials from Ourexam online.anyway,thanks. And better performance is more than learning how to do exams. Anyway, I wish you well in your pursuit. Must be just me, but i prefer the old fashioned 'studying' for exams........
