1.	Solve : itunes doesn't realize it's connected to the internet?
Answer» I am trying to restore my ipod, but get an ERROR message that says that I am not connected to the internet. I obviously am, and itunes EVEN downloads podcasts NORMALLY. I recently had to reformat my hard drive; don't know if that is pertinent or not. I am using a hard wired CABLE modem. Any help appreciated. Do you have any type of firewall program running on the computer. Maybe it's possible it's blocking it from getting onto the Internet.I assume since you're posting in the Apple forum that you're using a Mac, but you haven't provided any information about what operating system you're on. For all we know, you could be on windows.
