this editor and complier let you build your own programs, Just BASIC supports RS-232 communication, bmp animation and bmp GRAPHICS, textboxes, texteditors, file menus, buttons, joystick, KEYBOARD, and mouse support, and much more, and its easy for beginning programmers to learn basic. I have MADE many programs using just basic and it has helped me learn how to code in VB, and no this isnt an advertisment, but it is a recommendation for beginning programmersTheres also an OLD program that can help to called Interplays Learn to Program Basic. However it will run only on a 95 copy of windows. Its some what cartooned but it teaches the basics of basic.from what it SAID on the website, Just BASIC can run on Windows 98SE, ME, 2000, and XP yet they havent made a Vista version of it, hmm...
