Also no service I didn't dig up a whole bunch of information on this phone but you may not be able to (by default) Read/Write to the internal storage on this DEVICE with your computer (internal storage isn't the same as removable storage). Using the phone you can move the files to the SD Card. That's where the SD Card comes into play and not just as extra space. Once you put an SD Card in the phone it should show up in 'My Computer' as a removable storage device and you can move files to and from the phone by USB. Or use Bluetooth to transfer them to another device.I have tried that
