Solve : links that won't work?

1.	Solve : links that won't work?
Answer» whenever i click on most LINKS (such as my hotmail MESSAGES) it will not open. i click but nothing HAPPENS or opens. i RECENTLY was deleting random things from my computer to free it of some space.....could i have deleted a wrong FILE?Do you have a popup blocker installed or Nortan AntiVirus 2004?
