I have a sata 80GB HDD I wanna ask that which Red Hat Linux Will Support Sata HDD Does This Version Will Support Ubuntu 9.10 Sata HDD or NotIt doesn't matter which recent Linux distribution you use, the support should ALREADY be in the kernel.He's no longer a Member....doubt he will see this.

It's accurate. SATA is a SPECIFICATION, it declares how the hardware WORKS. What SOFTWARE interacts with the hardware is irrelevant, as long as it works to that specification.
