There are several emulator APPS available on Google Play that you can run ROMS on your android phone/tablet with.TABLETS are a massive case of "you get what you pay for" - The cheap ones are generally really poor quality. The JXD S7800a is already extremely cheap as it is, anything cheaper than that is going to be terrible. You may be better looking at used, higher END tablets.
