Solve : " Lost WINME HELP & SUPPORT CENTER "?

I lost my Windows ME "Help & Support Center". If I open this, a window appears with title "Help & Support" with this message " The page cannot be display". I tried all the way that i know but can't repair. If you have any IDEAS,  pls help me. It's very annoying for me.



try a system RESTORE or this in the MSDOS prompt type scanreg//restore so  the command looks like this C:\WINDOWS scanreg/restore and chose the LAST good cab file? i WOULD run a scan for virus/trojans/worms also have you got the lastest updates and are you using ie6?
