Answer» Does anyone lnow how to APPLY a back ground picture, rather than a color, to a web page that i made with notepad?Yeah, add background="picturename.jpg" to your body TAG. Alternatively, if you'd rather use CSS, add style="background-image: URL(picturename.jpg)" to your body tag. This method also works on other tags like p, h1, h2, div, etc...What is your isp provider?.......most have the tools to build a website.
