Answer» I have charter cable internet and the MODEM will quit working .When I call their tech says SOMETHING on my computer is hitting the modem and it SHUTS down any IDEAS thanks modem sorry What do you mean by 'quit working'?And why is something 'hitting' your modem...tell them to STOP
