Solve : McAfee products and customer service? |

Answer» I bought a 3-yr. virus protection from MCAfee, started acting up after 3-4 months. TRIED to work with CS, uninstalled, reinstalled, WROTE home office, tried to get a refund, etc. Deleted & uninstalled a final time and started using a free service. Would you believe tha they had the audacity to recently SEND me a "reminder" that my service was about to expire? I couldn't even find a workable email address to give them (YET again) a piece of my MIND. Anyone had similar problems? I, and most others who've been around awhile, are not big McAfee fans. I always recommend that people uninstall it and use ANYTHING else. |
