Answer» Hi again, sorry it took so long, hope SOMEONE can still help. I followed above instruction. booted in SAFE mode and tried to UNINSTALL usb root hubs but they tried to re install straight away, so i removed usb COMPOSITE DEVICE and also root hubs. they definitly uninstalled. when i booted up in normal mode after, the drivers re installed themselves. when i tried memory stick it still doesn't show. does anyone have any more suggestions??
