Their new phone OS is slick but they're taking way too much time on it and seems to me as if they're not that concerned about all the other competitors. Also news like the below quote tell me who the top competitors are going to be in the smart phone arena: RIM, Google Android, and Apple. Personally I think Microsoft has lost the battle in the smart phone market.
