I recieved one of those employee-generated e-mail coupons for a free beverage of choice ( which corporate decided had gotten too popular so they declined not to honor them )... they refused to pay for my medium coffee no soy crap or any other garbage so i made a scene... I played kinda dumb and called newegg customer support on my psu (rma) I am sending back for a replacement. I asked if they covered the shipping (ups) costs back to them. It didn't really say anywhere they did but I figured hey; doesn't hurt to ask if its a product screwup*. He said no they don't pay but since I called they would CREDIT my credit card the 11.00 original shipping costs I paid to receive it. ! " I would rather have the free COFFEE!!!" 8-) |
