Solve : monitor probs?

my sons pc is HAVIN probs, when i turn it on , i get 1 long beep , 2 short BEEPS , 1 medium beep.
 the pc sounds like its bootin fine but there is no PICTURE on the monitor

video card not SEATED properly, problem solved
