Solve : Mozilla adds privacy mode to Firefox 3.1 plans? |
|
Answer» Mozilla Corp. will respond to rivals Google Inc. and Microsoft Corp. with a private-browsing mode in Firefox, according to notes posted on its Web SITE, and is on track to deliver one in 3.1, the version that will LIKELY go beta next month. Link Woah, you're getting a lot of news! Is it LIKE a proxy? It sounds more like the FEATURE in Google Chrome that allows you to surf the web Incognito mode. (no temp files, history or cookies are saved)Firefox already has stealther add-on which has same capabilities of google chrome's incognito window function. However, if you have many add-ons already installed, then I'd think that using firefox's built in feature and one less add-on would reduce some memory usage. |
