Anyhow, I'd like to see Windows boot from a flash drive, the same way PORTABLE Linux does. Unfortunately, such methods are prone to piracy....

Piracy? Where does piracy come into play? Flash installation same as CD installation, but just computer reading from different "location" so to speak.... Quote

The same way you can download Windows illegally.No... it comes into play if windows 7 were able to boot from the flash drive- you COULD easily duplicate that flash drive and use it on other PCs.
