Answer» This might be a challenging problem.... I am unable to install any new anti-virus software (especially HijackThis, that will not even start the installation process. What part of that did you NOT get?oh srry didnot read full heres another idea do you have a frend that has a computer if so get a jump drive or a cd go to him and get on his computer get hijack this and install onto jumpdrive or cd then tell if worksI managed to install AVG, it fixed most problems.
