I see what your sayin, basically adding that app to the google account at the PC level, and so when the android connects to google its sync's and updates to reflect your account among all devices and so the app should pass down through that update. Forgot about that ability. Its a work around if he isnt able do it from the tablet. DaveLembke, I solved the problem with a hard reset. In the settings there is a place to restore factory settings, This destroys all data and added programs. It even destroys the Wi-Fi settings. When it restarts, it asks what language your went. So, I had to GO do all the stuff you do when it was new. Amway, it is back to normal now. But I have to install my FAVORITE apps again. You sell Amway now ? ?

I see what your sayin, basically adding that app to the google account at the PC level, and so when the android connects to google its sync's and updates to reflect your account among all devices and so the app should pass down through that update. Forgot about that ability. Its a work around if he isnt able do it from the tablet.
