Solve : My Anldroid can not get to Google Play? |
Answer» I can not get into Google Play Store. Several weeks back it was working alright. I deleted some d files I thought were not needed. I do not know if this is the real cause of the problem. Likely the issue right there...Must be the case. I just did the factory reset, lost most of my STUFF, but got Google play back. It seems to work OK.I got into the play store with a different ID and am now downloading stuff. You can access Google Play within the browser on your regular PC and then when you find an app you want, click "Install" and it will install it on your tablet. I see what your sayin, basically adding that app to the google account at the PC level, and so when the android connects to google its sync's and updates to reflect your account among all devices and so the app should pass down through that update. Forgot about that ability. Its a work around if he isnt able do it from the tablet. DaveLembke, I solved the problem with a hard reset. In the settings there is a place to restore factory settings, This destroys all data and added programs. It even destroys the Wi-Fi settings. When it restarts, it asks what language your went. So, I had to GO do all the stuff you do when it was new. Amway, it is back to normal now. But I have to install my FAVORITE apps again. You sell Amway now ? ? |
