Hello
    It seems i'm always having trouble with my computer so here i am again. This time, it doesn't start as it would normally. In the beginning it seems fine but then it comes the the BLUE screen where it says "welcome", it takes awhile until it reaches the desktop screen except that there isn't anything on it but the wallpaper. I tried waiting for something to happen but it just stays the way it is as if its frozen. So, I'm just wondering why it does that and i would REALLY appreciate some help!
- & also, there are times that it would work for awhile but then suddenly it would freeze and i have no choice but to shut it down. when i on it again, the same problem happens. If you GET to a point where there is no "start bar" or desktop icons open task manager's process list. Remove any EXPLORER.EXE processes then head back to the tab on the FAR LEFT. Click new task and type in EXPLORER and wait about 10 seconds for it to load. That should get the desktop/"start bar" working again.

Secondly, what things always seem to be running when your computer freezes? Websites, games, etc.

Thirdly, type TASKLIST at the command prompt (after running CMD.EXE) and tell me if you get any error messages. This can be useful to me because I can make a script that will monitor your processes and if you need to shutdown, and will show what was running.  Same thing with safe mode?
