Answer» Everytime i go to scan a picture or something it wont let me!! all it does is the light just starts flashing.. i need my scanner for a lot of my school work.. can sum one please help me???luckygirl8986......Perhaps you could give us just a tad more INFO......like what OPERATING system are you using , What software are you using to aquire the scan , Was the scanner working before or is it new , how does it connect to your computer , do you have the correct DRIVERS installed and if it was working what has been going on with your pc ......any PROBLEMS , software updates ?
