Solve : Need Help Desperately! IE won't open!?

For some REASON, Internet Explorer will not open. When I click on it, nothin happens. Right now, I'm using RealOne Player to access the internet.Update: When I click on Internet Explorer, the following message appears:

"This program has performed an ILLEGAL operation and will be shut down."

When I click on "details" it says the following:
