I need help FINDING out computer activity potentially as specific as web sites visited at a certain exact time on a certain exact day in the past. I have, of course, since this day and time; performed a browser cache clear deleting files, completed a disk cleanup of the C, and even used my virus protector to clean out files, etc. I'm assuming I even performed these functions immediately after the time I was looking to go BACK to, therefore, I'm not sure system restore is an option although it's a possibility if that would actually recover such data. Please help! Thanks!

NOTE: I am still running on Windows XP.System restore only deals with Windows files...
That being stated what exactly are you after...and why ? ?
Oddly enough; I'm trying to prove to my X or maybe still girlfriend that I was home a certain night and that the sound she heard of a voice mail I left for her was audio from a web site on my computer..........not some woman I was hanging out with.
I'm hoping to specifically see what web sites I visited or pages on a certain day at a certain time. I was home the whole night. I know I cooked dinner that night too which took me quite some time from prep cooking, cooking it, eating, then cleaning up after. I also attempted the index.dat file readings. I was able to read them, but there were only two for that day at 5 a.m. when I was asleep. I have no idea if that program runs on another timezone possibly. Most days times were messed up so....that option is done.If you made any Google searches during that time, and have your Google ACCOUNT's browser history enabled, you should be able to find that query. If you searched for something like "funny girl prank mp3", it has to be enough to chill your GF.
