Answer» Hi, this is my first TIME on here. I have 4 accounts on my computer. My husband's yahoo MAIL will not let him delete or empty or OPEN his e-mail. If he goes on my account his e-mail works just fine??? Im lost What operating system do you have? Do you have individual account set up for your computer? What program do you use to check your email? Does your husband have the Yahoo Premium service (allowing you to send and receive using external applications)? Have you checked to make sure that your username, password, incoming, and outgoing SERVER are correct? Your husband's profile being corrupted is another posibility. Try to create a new one.Or the problem being on Yahoo's end is another DISTINCT possibility... This is why we ask for info. It wil speed up the process...
