My Dell Inspiron 1545 running Windows 10 has several sectors on the hard drive that have gone bad. I have ORDERED a new hard drive, but I would like to move my files and photos to save them. Can I move them to my older MACBOOK OS 10.7.5? I have an extra external 500MB of RAM on my MacBook through a USB port. I don't know if the files and photos will save on the mac, though.
