Answer» I got a brand new battery from a company offline. It wont charge. It did for only that one day I put it in and then it wouldn't go BACK up so I KEPT trying. Finally someone said to down charge it and I did. It won't charge back. If you have any suggestions PLEASE help. I am getting very impatient with it. And I am just over all stressed. Welcome to the CH forums. While your charging circuitry may be at fault can you not ask the new battery supplier for help. Do you have a warranty? idk anything. my uncle TOLD me where to get it offline and i did. it has a warranty and stuff but i didnt see an EMAIL to contact them for help. i dont even remember finding a number for a HOTLINE that would help so idk. all i know is i am tired of it and ready to throw it out the door. Exactly what they want you to do... Where, if I may ask, did you obtain the battery?
