Solve : no sound on computer??? Help? |

Answer» OK... My oldest brother came to visit at christmas and decided to clean up my parents computer.........ok that was nice of him... however, now there is no sound and when i TRY to play a cd or something from windows media or anything it say no audio device or having problem with sound?? Help I have no clue what to do... I have checked the speakers and the sound volume and there is no device showing for the speakers so what do i do?? Does Device Manager SHOW any exclamation marks inside a yellow triangle? Have you checked which port on the computer the speakers are plugged into? Is sound muted in the software?For this type of problem, normally is driver not installed for the mute & speaker not plug in PROPERLY, windows will not prompt you anything try to look in device manager, exclamation marks inside a yellow triangle is the hints that you need proper driver installed.Look up... |
