Answer» I have an older COMPUTER and crashed it the other day I have nortons antivirus 4.0 for it but I can't do a live update I get a ERROR message saying that the internet connection was lost but when I had it up and running before it would update with no problem on the internet I'm using aol 7.0.could some ONE TELL me if I have it set up wrong I know it is an old program but.Thanks...... Which operating system are you using?
