Answer» Hi, I have an old Texas instruments lap top travelmate LT286/12 still works, but have some problems with configuration, I'm just want to see how people use those systems back at the beginning of COMPUTERS...if somebody have info about diskettes to reset the configuration system, or know how to UPGRADE to a newer DOS.......please let me know.......thanks the one i had back in the day was a WINDOWS sys 3 it had a 1/2 gig hdd as for dos u can go to the library and get a old book on like dos 2 or 3 whitch i was running 2.6 travelmate 286/12 well, it's a 12Mhz 286. BEST OS to get for it would be MS-DOS. you can usually find it on Ebay. Which kind of floppy does it have? |
